Our in house engineering division provides a complex range of product design and mechanical engineering design services. Our software includes 3D Solid Edge (Unigraphics compatible) and various translators so that working in other programs
is possible.

This data was used to create a computer 3D model using Unigraphics, solid edge programming.  2D profile layouts of more than 130 individual pieces were made from the 3D model.

Collier Technologies purchased an original Corvette frame of the second generation vintage (C2). They then placed the frame on a surface table and optically digitized the frame profile utilizing over 250 reference points.

A separate model was engineered to allow the mounting of C4 suspension to the C2/C3 frame. This data was then uploaded to the laser cutter.
