Durability Testing

Our Corvette frames are tested for durability and test reports are available. All frames are 100% inspected to assure the quality of our work. To view an online report from our testing, please click here. Below, we have included short video clips of our Corvette frames on the testing jig.

To test the integrity of the frames, Collier Technologies constructed a “shaker” test jig.  This “shaker” brutally tests the frame by simulating the vehicle hitting a 6 to 8 inch pothole in excess of 250,000 times.  This far exceeds the stresses that would be put on the frame in the real life environment.
